Mission & Vision

The mission of Friends of the Dance is to raise funds, scholarships and purchase dance supplies for economically and disadvantaged students from grades 1-12 within the Fresno and surrounding Fresno area.

Funding to Friends of the Dance is provided by fundraising, private donations, and corporate sponsors. Scholarships and assistance will be awarded to individual students in need decided upon the Friends of the Dance Executive Guild Members.

Friends of the Dance’s vision is to help young dance students in need of assistance with expenses related to dance supplies and education.

This year we plan to assist over 300 students in Fresno County with our fundraising.

Donations

Friends of the Dance accepts private individual donations and corporate sponsorship.

Become a Guild Member

Friends of the Dance Guild is made up of people with the common interest of enriching and helping young talented dancers with expenses related to dance supplies and education.

The Friends of the Dance Guild holds monthly meetings in where they plan and execute strategies to achieve funding for dance students in need through fundraising with events to seeking private and corporate donations.

By joining, you can provide vital support for dance students in your community.
